This coffee is natural processed — dried inside the whole cherry fruit, absorbing sugars and flavor from the pulp over weeks in the open air. It's the oldest processing method in the world, and it produces a cup with heavier body, deeper sweetness, and bolder fruit character than washed coffees. The more you sit with it, the more it opens up.
