Recurring Subscriptions

Automatic Renewal. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge you for each installment on a recurring basis until you cancel, pause, or modify your subscription. Your subscription term is continuous. You may manage your subscription preferences at any time through your Account.

Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through our website, by phone at 971-424-2823, or by email at Support@firelilycoffee.com. If canceling by phone or email, please contact us at least 72 hours before your next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for the following installment.

Recurring Charges. You will be charged the same amount for each order generated from your subscription unless you modify or cancel your subscription, or unless we notify you of a price change.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Agreement

To minimize the cost and time associated with formal legal proceedings, you and Warari LLC agree to resolve any disputes arising from or related to purchases, programs, communications, or services through binding individual arbitration, subject to the opt-out process described below. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to pursue disputes in court or to participate in class action litigation. Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court, provided the claim meets the applicable jurisdictional and monetary limits.

Informal Resolution. Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. The party seeking resolution must provide written notice to the other party, including a description of the dispute and relevant supporting documentation, and allow 30 days for a written response. Notices to Warari LLC should be sent by first-class or registered mail to: Warari LLC, 840 SE Parks Dr, Dundee, OR 97115. Notices to you will be sent to the postal address on file with your account.

Governing Law. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Oregon state law applies to all other matters where relevant. Questions regarding the scope, legality, or enforceability of this agreement shall be decided exclusively by the arbitrator, except that questions regarding the validity of the class action waiver shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Warari LLC will notify you of any material changes to this arbitration agreement. This agreement survives the termination of your relationship with Warari LLC. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Warari LLC with respect to your use of this website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
