Shipping
Freshness Guarantee. Our coffee is roasted weekly to ensure every order arrives at peak freshness.
Flat Rate Shipping. We charge a flat rate of $6.00 for all deliveries within the United States.
Delivery Carriers. Most orders are shipped via UPS; however, some orders may be shipped via USPS or delivered in person depending on the destination zip code. Please refer to your order confirmation email for carrier and tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Please note that transit times may be extended during holidays and peak shipping seasons.

Return Policy
Coffee and Macadamia Nut Products
Reporting Issues. If you experience any issue with your coffee or macadamia nut order — including missing, damaged, or stolen items — please contact us at Support@firelilycoffee.com within 15 days of your order being marked as "Delivered."
No Returns on Perishables. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and macadamia nut products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are committed to resolving any delivery issues and will work with you to find an appropriate remedy for missing, damaged, or stolen orders.
Merchandise
Return Eligibility. We accept returns or exchanges of defective or unworn apparel and merchandise within 15 days of the delivery date. During holiday seasons, we extend the return window to 30 days to accommodate gift purchases. Please include the reason for your return in your email request.
Return Shipping Costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
Reporting Damages. Please report any damaged items as soon as possible so we can address the issue promptly.
Documentation Required. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph both the exterior packaging and the damaged contents. This documentation is required to file a claim with our shipping partners.
Claim Deadline. All damage claims must be submitted within 15 days of your order being marked as "Delivered." Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
